💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  3. Orders with multiple failed COD attempts may be restricted from using this option in the future.

🚛 Delivery Policy

At Mokawaii, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

  1. Delivery Partners: We work with trusted national courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.
  2. Delivery Attempts: If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, most couriers will make up to 3 attempts. After this, the package may be returned to us.
  3. Remote Area Delivery: Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas may take a few extra days.
  4. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at connect@mokawaii.com
