At Mokawaii, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, we do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in the rare case that a product arrives damaged. To be eligible for an exchange:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item and the packaging.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
If your request meets the above criteria, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange for a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at connect@mokawaii.com with the subject line: Exchange Request - Order #[YourOrderNumber]. Include your order number, photos/videos of the damage, and a brief description.
